Franchise Training and Ongoing Support
The majority of our franchisees have had no prior experience in storage organization, sales, design or installation. We provide all the franchise training you need to become a garage storage and flooring expert. All we ask is that you have a good work ethic and a great attitude. You should also be comfortable hiring and managing employees, including a team of sales consultants, designers, and installers.
Initial franchisee training consists of a combination of 10 days in-person training at our Experience Center outside of Dallas, Texas as well as pre- and post- training that is conducted virtually that encompasses:
- Business fundamentals including, financial management, business planning, reporting
- Technology including, our CRM system and community platform
- Immersive product knowledge, vendor setup, ordering
- The consultative sales process
- Labs for learning our 3D design software
- Learning about lead generating local area marketing programs
