Franchise Training and Ongoing Support
The majority of our franchisees have had no prior experience in storage organization, sales, design or installation. We provide all the franchise training you need to become a garage storage and flooring expert. All we ask is that you have a good work ethic and a great attitude. You should also be comfortable hiring and managing employees, including a team of sales consultants, designers, and installers.
You'll receive 3-weeks of initial franchisee training consisting 1 week virtual training, and 2 weeks in-person Academy training at our Experience Center outside of Dallas, Texas that encompasses:
- Business fundamentals including, financial management, business planning, reporting
- Technology including, our CRM system and community platform
- Immersive product knowledge, vendor setup, ordering
- The consultative sales process
- Labs for learning our 3D design software
- Learning about lead generating local area marketing programs
Following initial training, PremierGarage franchise owners will be scheduled to attend a virtual, weekly post-training program for 8 weeks. You can also count on business support, extended franchise training support, and technical support over the life of your franchise. Learn more below.
